Vanilla Bounty Hunter is an interesting case because he has some of the strongest abilities in the game alongside some of the weakest. The goal with the redesign was to even those out, open up more playstyles for him, encourage the use of his gadgets, and tone down some of his strongest moves to keep him in line with other heroes.
