Many memes have been created about the vanilla leper’s accuracy issues, but that’s a fun dynamic and easily overcome via buffs & trinkets. My main issue with the vanilla leper is actually how weird & marginal his utility skills are, which compels you to futilely swing when you could be doing something else fun with the character. With that in mind, goals for the Leper rework were:
Nearly all his skills have been reworked to more effectively fulfill their intended purpose. This creates a more interesting playstyle where the Leper can contribute some utility while you set up with movement skills and/or accuracy buffs, and still bring the pain once you get set up.
